Four new widgets, criteria you can limit to chosen forums, and a bridge that turns Game DB trophies into XP.
addedFour widgets you can place anywhere on the board. My progress shows the viewer their own tier, their XP and how far the next tier is. Ranks draws the whole ladder with their position marked on it. Recent activity lists the latest XP awards across the board. Explore is a navigation card that links the leaderboard, the XP shop, the quests, the album and the achievements.
addedAchievement and quest criteria can be limited to the forums you choose. Every criterion gains an Applicable forums field, and leaving it empty keeps counting across the whole board exactly as before. The count is capped at the threshold inside the query, so a criterion costs what it needs rather than growing with everything a member has ever written.
addedA bridge to the Game DB add-ons. Unlocking a trophy in GameHub, or in its Games edition, now awards XP, and a new Admin CP option sets how much. Set it to zero to switch it off. Game DB member statistics such as games added and reviews written also arrive as criteria, so you can build XenLevel achievements on top of what members do with their games.
changedQuests are told which forum an action happened in, so a quest criterion respects the same forum scope as an achievement.
The first public release of the store engine that runs this site.
addedFirst public release. Emporium has been running this store in production since it was built, so version 1.0.0 is what you are looking at rather than a first attempt.
addedSell downloads, access passes, services and bundles, each with its own page, gallery and version history.
addedPrice plans: one-off or recurring, per-site install limits, trial days and early renewal, with several plans allowed on the same product.
addedLicences issued on payment, tied to the buyer, with an install count, an expiry and grace days you control.
addedA signed, replay-protected licence API so a customer board can check its own licence and fetch what it is entitled to.
addedThe Emporium Client add-on ships inside the download, ready to hand to your buyers for one-click updates from their own Admin CP.
addedReleases with typed changelogs, the archive attached, and its hash and size recorded.
addedOrders, sequential invoice numbering, refunds, partial refunds and chargebacks, with Stripe for payment.
addedA full Admin CP: dashboard, products, plans, orders, licences, coupons, payment profiles and data health.
A wording fix: ten Admin CP lines showed a placeholder where a plural belonged.
fixedTen lines in the Admin CP printed a raw plural placeholder where a number belonged, so the dashboard read 12 member{count|s} have chatted instead of 12 members. It affected the dashboard counters, the five rows of the data health panel, the ratings count and the search result count. They all read normally now.
Catch-up for members who already qualify, three new criteria, and the step reordering fixed.
fixedSteps can be reordered by dragging again. The list declared the drag behaviour but never loaded the two scripts that make it work, so nothing moved and the page reported no error at all. The new order is now sent once, when the row is dropped, instead of repeatedly during the drag.
fixedSteps no longer stay pending for members who already met their criterion. Progress is measured against the member current state the first time a step reaches them, so someone who already had an avatar, a filled profile or hundreds of posts sees a truthful checklist straight away.
fixedWarning icons are back on the funnel, preset and step deletion screens. They used a FontAwesome 6 name on a FontAwesome 5 installation, so they rendered as nothing.
addedA Recalculate progress button on the step list, which runs that catch-up over your whole member base in the background.
addedAn option to decide whether catching up grants the rewards. It is off by default: on an established board, granting them would fire one currency transaction and one alert per member per step in a single pass. The confirmation screen also lists the steps it cannot catch up, because the forum keeps no reliable history of pages visited or threads read.
addedTwo criteria that count posts in one forum of your choice: Start a thread in a specific forum, and Reply in a specific forum. A journey can steer newcomers towards the sections that matter, rather than rewarding any post anywhere.
addedA Visit a specific page criterion, completed the first time a member opens a chosen section: a game hub, the resource manager, the member list, a media gallery, or any page a third-party add-on registers.
The admin panel rebuilt around ten new pages, and a front end aligned with the rest of the range.
changedThe admin panel is rebuilt around categories instead of one flat menu, with a dashboard that opens on what actually needs you: pending applications, pending approvals, activity over time, data health and setup state.
addedTen new admin pages: Dashboard, Members, XP, Strikes, Approvals, Applications, Achievements, Events, Audit and Maintenance. Everything that used to require a database query now has a screen.
addedA members page listing every member of every team, with their role, and the ability to change a role or remove someone without opening the team first.
addedXP is now adjustable and reversible from the admin panel. You can correct an award, delete a bad entry, or recalculate a team from its history.
addedApplications and approvals get their own queues: approve, reject or reset from one screen instead of hunting through teams.
addedAchievements are editable from the admin panel: add, edit, toggle on and off, delete. No more shipping a fixed list.
addedAn audit page recording what staff did, and a strikes page for moderation history, both with a purge.
addedA maintenance page with seven one-click operations: rebuild counters, rebuild permissions, generate or clean up team forums, purge orphans, recalculate XP and rebuild achievements.
addedDefault banner and logo options, so a new team looks finished before its owner uploads anything.
changedThe front end is rebuilt on the same shell and sidebar as the rest of the range, so a board running several of my add-ons stops looking like it runs several different products.
The admin panel rebuilt, a documented rating scale, game names in URLs and Resource Manager integration.
changedThe admin panel is rebuilt from scratch. The menu goes from 8 flat entries to 4 categories: Catalogue, Taxonomy, Community and Tools. Every page is where you expect it.
addedA dashboard: key figures, an activity chart over 7, 30 or 90 days, a queue of what needs moderating, data health, and setup status covering the RAWG key, scheduled tasks and guest access.
addedSeven brand new admin pages: Dashboard, Members, Rating scale, Screenshots, Collections, Game of the Month and Maintenance. The eight existing ones are rebuilt.
addedA rating scale your members understand. Scores now carry a word and a colour, from Very Poor to Perfect, with a guide on the game page and the label appearing live as a member picks their stars. Every label is a phrase, so you can rewrite them.
addedAn extreme rating warning: if more than half of all ratings are a 1 or a 5, the admin panel tells you, because a scale used only at its ends stops meaning anything.
addedA member page showing everything someone contributed, their rating average and their latest ratings, with a targeted purge for ratings, reviews or screenshots. Every affected game average is recalculated immediately.
addedResource Manager integration: attach resources to a game by URL, ID or title, shown on the game page with their category, download count and rating.
addedMember activity: GameHub pages now appear in Current visitors and on member profiles, with a proper label for rankings, the calendar, libraries and collections.
changedGame names appear in the address: /games/view/elden-ring.1/ rather than /games/view/1/, the shape XenForo uses for threads. Old links keep working and every game page declares a canonical address.
changedAutocomplete on developer, publisher, franchise, expansion and the hub search box, so EA, Electronic Arts and EA Games stop multiplying. The compare page and the Series and Expansion fields no longer load the whole database into a dropdown, which makes a 1000 game catalogue responsive again.
changedDiscussions are better organised: you choose which forums the Discuss this game button opens, members pick a thread prefix, and the game page shows and filters on those prefixes.
fixedBookmarking a game returned a page not found. The form posted to a relative address with no game id.
fixedThe trending rail blocked page scrolling. A handler turned the vertical wheel into horizontal scrolling and cancelled the event, so with the cursor over the rail the page could not move at all.
fixedSearch results showed the internal content identifier instead of Game and Games, because the content type declared no label.
fixedThe default discussion forum option never worked: the code read an option that had never been declared, so it was always empty, without a single error message.
fixedThe admin games page carried a front end block copied there by mistake, and action buttons stacked vertically on admin lists.
A rebuilt Admin CP and calendar reminders for scheduled watch parties.
addedAn Insights page in the Admin CP: rooms and viewers over time, which categories actually get used, the split between YouTube, Twitch and VK, your busiest rooms, your most active hosts and how members are rating what they watch.
addedA Realtime page that shows whether Pusher is configured and lets you test the connection from the Admin CP, instead of finding out it was wrong when a watch party goes quiet.
addedA Maintenance page with six one-click cleanups: orphaned messages and members, ratings left behind by deleted rooms, stale viewer records, abandoned schedules and old chat.
addedA Hosts page listing every member who has run a watch party, what they hosted, and a purge action for when someone leaves.
addedScheduled watch parties can be added to a calendar. Every schedule now offers an .ics download, so a reminder lands in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar rather than only on the forum.
changedThe Admin CP is reorganised into categories: Setup, Settings, Content, Hosts and Insights, instead of one long list. Finding the room list no longer means reading every entry.
changedThe reminder bell on an upcoming watch party subscribes without reloading the page.
fixedWording and template corrections carried over from 1.3.3 and 1.3.4, which were never published on the store.
A Number custom field used to filter as a dropdown that listed every distinct value found in your listings. On a mileage or a year field, that was a long and useless list. It now filters as a min and max range, exactly like the built-in Price filter.
Two smaller things came along for the ride: the submit button now tells you it is working while your photos upload, and the sidebar buttons stopped gluing their icon to their label.
addedNumber custom fields filter as a min and max range, in the Refine panel of the category sidebar, exactly like the built-in Price filter.
addedThe two boxes carry the lowest and the highest value currently on offer as placeholders, so members know what to aim for.
addedThe active range shows up as a removable chip above the results, and it survives when another filter is applied.
changedValues are compared as numbers even when a member types separators, so "62 400" and "145,000" now match correctly.
changedPosting a listing with large photos could sit there for several seconds with nothing on screen. The submit button now turns into a spinner labelled "Saving your listing, please wait" for as long as the upload runs, and returns to normal if the save fails.
fixedSaved searches dropped the custom field filters, the listing type and the "urgent only" switch. They now remember all of them, ranges included.
fixedOn the listing sidebar, the wide action buttons rendered with the icon flush against the label. Make an offer, Contact seller, Seller profile, and the owner-side Mark as sold, Edit and Feature now use the same 8px gap as the favourite button, and so do the back button and the staff toolbar.
addedFull emoji picker built in: eight categories, search and a recents row, right in the composer.
addedCommand palette: jump to any conversation or run messenger commands from one keyboard-first overlay.
addedThe conversation list gets All, Pinned and Unread tabs.
addedRedesigned New message screen: name your chat, invite and lock options, live preview.
addedToday and Yesterday date separators inside threads, plus an edited tag on modified messages.
changedMajor visual pass across the whole app: refined bubbles, glass composer, richer wallpaper gallery, polished empty states and enter/exit animations.
addedPer group journeys: every step can now be restricted to specific user groups, so one board can run several journeys side by side. The restriction is enforced everywhere: display, progress rows, completion and journey totals.
fixedJourney alerts now show the member avatar instead of a grey question mark.
fixedStep completion and journey completion notifications are actually sent: the options gating them now exist under Options, Journey.
fixedThe Newcomer user group is granted when a member starts their journey and removed when they finish it, as documented.
The public page is no longer a flat profile card. The featured member steps onto a full-bleed stage with wash, orbs, beam, accent rail, avatar ring, optional quote, a stats dock, and CTAs that follow the active theme.
Contenders now use a masthead plus a top-3 podium and a ranked list from #4 onward, in the same visual language as Staff and Ping. History cards and the sidebar widget follow the same rules: a custom accent only when one is set, otherwise native XF tokens.
In the ACP, XenSpotlight is a standalone menu entry (no XenSupport parent dependency), with Manager and Options as sub-items for manual selection and add-on settings.

Hall of waves redesign with a cinematic masthead, a personal wave card, and a gold/silver/bronze podium for the top 3.
Refined leaderboard list with cleaner rows (avatar, title, wave score). Top 3 appear on the podium, then the rest of the ranking.
Wave pill polish on profiles and tooltips: theme-safe control plus a short success check animation after sending a wave.
Native XenForo theming from style tokens (no more hardcoded amber pastel look). Infinite-scroll JS for the leaderboard is included and working. Animations respect reduced-motion preferences.

fixed: The admin control panel menu could be completely missing. Journey now has its own top level ACP tab instead of relying on a shared XenSupport section.
fixed: Admin menu entries displayed raw internal keys such as admin_navigation.xsJourney instead of their proper labels. The Journey, Steps, Funnel and Presets labels are now correct.
