Where everything lives
Open your account. Every purchase is listed with:
- its licence key,
- its signing key, for one-click updates,
- every version ever released, not just the newest,
- the date your updates run to.
You can re-download at any time, as many times as you need. Losing a file is not a problem you can have here.
Older versions
Every version stays available. If a new release does not suit your board, you can go back to the one that did while I sort it out.
Moving your forum to a new domain
A licence covers one forum on one domain. When that forum moves, the licence moves with it: start a conversation with me and it is handled the same day. You do not buy anything twice because your domain changed.
Selling or handing over your forum
A licence can be transferred to another member. It keeps its key and its dates and changes owner. Ask me and I will do it.
When updates run out
Twelve months after the purchase, your add-on keeps working exactly as it is, for as long as you want. What stops is access to newer versions. Renewing re-opens it at the renewal price shown on the product page, and your licence key stays the same.
