Do I need a membership to use the add-ons?
Not at all. Add-ons are one-time purchases with twelve months of updates included. Memberships simply add perks on top: discounts, priority support and, for Studio, development time.
How does the Studio development time work?
Every month, up to two hours of hands-on work on your forum by the developer himself: tweaks, styling, integration help, small custom features. You pick the task, he builds it.
What happens to my add-ons if I stop?
Nothing. Anything you bought outright stays installed, licensed and updatable for the twelve months that came with it. Only the membership perks stop.
Which add-ons are free?
Five of them, and they stay free whether you hold a membership or not: XenPing, XenSpotlight, XenStaff, XenStreak and the Emporium client. No account tier gates them.
Can I move from monthly to yearly?
Yes. Start the yearly one from your account and let the monthly lapse at the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing overlaps and nothing is lost.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every order comes with an invoice from Gwendal Grandhomme (EI), SIREN 107 454 522, France, VAT not applicable under the French small business exemption. Invoices sit in your account next to your licences.
What does the 14-day refund policy cover?
Any add-on or bundle, within 14 days of purchase, if it does not do what its page says or does not fit your board. One message is enough. Memberships are not refunded once a period has been billed; they simply stop at the end of that period and you keep every perk until then.
